Treatment Approach

I believe that effective treatment begins with genuine connection. Whether you're a child struggling with anxiety, a teenager navigating social challenges, or an adult facing life transitions, my approach is grounded in being approachable and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story and working together toward your goals.

When it comes to therapy, I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because research shows they work – but I always adapt these methods to fit who you are as a person. We'll create an individualized treatment plan together that makes sense for your specific needs and goals.

For comprehensive assessments, I conduct thorough evaluations to truly understand what you're experiencing, whether it's autism spectrum concerns, ADHD, learning differences, or other developmental and psychological questions. I'll break everything down into clear, practical insights you can actually use. You'll receive a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations to help support you across settings - at home, school, or work.

Flexibility is key to successful treatment. What works for one person may not work for another, and what works at the beginning may need to evolve as you grow and change. I regularly check in with you to ensure our approach is still serving you well. We might laugh together, take breaks when needed, or find creative ways to explore difficult topics.

Real change happens when we work together. I provide you with practical tools and strategies, but you're the one who puts them into practice in your daily life. Treatment isn't always easy, but it should feel manageable and hopeful. We'll tackle challenges step by step, at a pace that feels right for you.

My goal is simple: to help you develop lasting skills and confidence that serve you well beyond our sessions. I'm genuinely excited to be part of your journey toward growth and positive change.
